7 day Golf Holiday of Slovenia

Have a hit in beautiful & historic surrounds

Combine sightseeing with golf at some of Central Europe’s best and most prestigious courses. We enjoy good relationships with a number of courses and they cordially invite our golfing groups to play against their members in normal club competition.

Day 1: Ljubljana, Lake Bled
Arrival at Ljubljana Airport in the morning, with transfer to our accommodation on Lake Bled, with 9 holes of golf in the afternoon.

Day 2: Postojna caves, Predjama Castle, Lake Bled
Today we will take a trip into Europe’s most visited caves at Postojna. After this we will visit the Predjama Castle, a Renaissance fortress built within a cave mouth. Relax in the afternoon with a gondola ride out to the 9th century church in the middle of the picturesque Lake Bled with entrance into the castle.

Day 3: Lake Bled
18 holes at Lake Bled Golf Club on the Kings Course followed by lunch on the terrace overlooking the course.

Day 4: Otočec
Sightseeing in Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana before transfer to your 5 star castle hotel at Otočec on the River Krka and an afternoon of golf at the Otočec Golf Club.

Day 5: Mokrice
Golf at the Mokrice Golf Club with lunch after our round of golf. The Mokrice greens are beautifully set in the Dolenjska hills, offering a magnificent view of the hilly countryside and Mokrice Castle

Day 6: Plitvice Lakes, Croatia
Day trip to the World Heritage-listed Plitvice Lakes, the most beautiful in Croatia and perhaps all Europe. Includes lunch in the town of Rastoke Slunj.

Day 7: Ljubljana
Transfer to Ljubljana Airport in the early afternoon.

Cost

  • Australian Dollars: AUD $2,900  convert

Includes 4 games of golf, all accommodation, transfers, sightseeing and 10 meals (lunches and dinners).

Non golfing partners will be looked after with other activities.

Price is per person twin share, 15 percent extra for singles.

Accommodation

  • 3 nights at the 3 star Garni Hotel Jadran, Bled.
  • 3 nights at the 5 star Otočec Castle Hotel.

Meals

  • All breakfasts, 5 lunches and 2 dinners.

Sightseeing

  • Gondola ride & sightseeing on Lake Bled.
  • Entrance to Ljubljana Castle, Postojna Caves, Predjama Castle and Plitvice Lakes.

Golf inclusions
